Who I am?

Valentina was born and raised in Rome : just since few years, she lives in Milan with her husband, their two kids and their dog. Since she was a teen ager, the kitchen was the place of cuddles, chats and memories revivals. The cuisine’s passion was transmitted by her grandmother Betta and her mother Laura. Thanks to these two Women, Valentina approched to the knowledge and traditions of the Italian cuisine,especially the Roman one. All this brought Valentina to the desire of learning more, studying and improving her knowledge through high cooking classes and deepen the pairing with the best italian wines as sommelier. For these passion Valentina decided to open her kitchen’s doors to share her culture, traditions and habits which are very typical and loved by many Italian families.

Cooking Class

We meet in the morning in Valentina’s typical Italian home for a chat about the menu of the day: four traditional Italian recipes, depending on the season and availability of ingredients in the local market.

Then we wear the aprons and we start by preparing a home-made pasta, risotto or gnocchi; then a main dish (meat, fish or vegetables) and a dessert (tiramisù, fruit and chocolate or panna cotta); accompanied by two excellent Italian wines and a fantastic Italian espresso coffee.

All ingredients are of first-class quality, 100% Italian, fresh, organic and available worldwide wherever you live.

After two-and- a-half hours of fun in the kitchen, the moment finally comes to taste the results of our teamwork, sitting around the table in a typical Italian dining room or in a terrace to eat what we have prepared, and drink Italian wine selected.

At the end of the morning, you will receive a genuine Italian cooking diploma, printed recipe booklet and many photos of this charming experience!

**It’s very important to let me know about food allergies or intollerance that you might have. I will be happy to create a personalize menu for you. I have a little dog :) During our classes he will stay in his room away from us.
